New Dried Pepper Options!
We have several new options for our dried peppers. Devil's Tongue is new for us this year and is a very tasty pepper with solid heat that we have in very limited supply. We have also added the 3 Kings Mix of the hottest peppers on the planet! There is a Red/Green Thai mix now available as these peppers are great in both forms. Habaneros are also back in stock! Devil's Tongue
This unique pepper is a relative of the Habanero and tips the heat scale near the ratings of the hottest Habaneros like Scotch Bonnet and Red Savina. The pepper is know for a fruity, citrus taste to go with a good burn. As with most peppers, dehydrating the pepper really brings the fruity flavor to the surface. We grew the yellow variety this season and they dried to a beautiful golden color. We have limited supplies of the Devil's Tongue this year so act fast if you want to try this pepper! Available in 0.5 ounce bags containing 18-22 peppers.
3 Kings Mix
A mix of the hottest peppers we have on the farm...which also happen to be the hottest peppers in the world! Grab equal parts of the Carolina Reaper (hottest pepper in the world!), the Trinidad Scorpion (2nd hottest in the world) and the infamous Ghost. The Trinidad Scorpions are a mix of Moruga and Butch T varieties. All of these peppers will light you on fire with Scoville scale ratings of over 1,000,000 units of heat. The Carolina Reaper and Moruga Scorpion are each above 2,000,000 heat units! All three pack flavor beneath the immense heat. Using them dry is the best way to find the flavor and getting this mixed bag is the best way to try them all! They are available in 1 ounce bags containing 28-35 peppers.
Thai Red/Green Mix
Our tasty Thai peppers are now available in a Red/Green Mix in addition to the all-red offerings we have previously sold. Thai peppers are one of only a few peppers that are just as good green as they are mature red. Both colors pack strong flavor and plenty of heat. They rank slightly hotter than the typical Cayenne. These peppers come from the very end of our growing season so they are the freshest peppers we have available! Great for pepper flakes and adding to Asian dishes. The Red/Green Mix is available only in 2 ounce bags and in limited supply.
Habaneros
One of our staples is back in stock! Grab our tasty Habaneros in a mix of Red and Orange, or get them separately. The red variety we grow is Hot Paper Lantern. The orange one is Helios, our favorite Habanero to date. It dries to a beautiful golden color. Both pack a punch of citrus flavor and heat, with their heat rating being near the top of what Habaneros can produce. Try them both in the mix!
