     Supremacy Athletics is a training company for anyone interested in fitness. It is run by professional mountain biker Dustin Greer, who is also a Physical Therapist Assistant, an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer, and a former coach through USA Football and USA Cycling. Supremacy Athletics offers many training options: sports performance training for athletes involved in football, basketball, baseball, soccer, motocross and more; personal training for those interested in weight loss or improving general fitness; post-rehab training to return to sports or high-demand jobs; geriatric training to improve strength, balance, safety and independence in elderly individuals; endurance sports coaching for cycling and running; and cycling skills/performance classes.






Regina's Sewing & Alterations

     Regina's Sewing & Alterations is a small sewing and alterations service located near Pleasant View, TN. Regina can repair and alter everything from hemming pants and fixing zippers to sports uniforms and prom/wedding dresses. Contact her at 615.969.2689 for more information.






Groundhog's Trapping Service

     Groundhog can help control wildlife on your property through trapping and relocation services. He will catch anything including beavers, coyotes, raccoons, and foxes. Groundhog is based out of Coopertown, TN and services most of Tennessee and parts of Kentucky. Using his more than 35 years of experience he works private lands as well as those owned by cities such as Portland, Ashland City and Clarksville, and works with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and TWRA to help keep local waterways clear. In addition to trapping, he also offers lessons to those interested in learning more about trapping and calling.
