Trinidad Scorpion Peppers - 1 ounce
The hottest pepper in the world is here at Sweetwater Farms! We began growing the Carolina Reaper this year and can attest to the fact that they are truly the hottest peppers around! Reapers can reach 2,200,000 Scoville units of heat, which is 200 times hotter than a Jalapeno! Drying brings out the flavor that otherwise goes unnoticed beneath all the heat. Use their flavor and heat to bring your favorite recipes up a notch. Discard the seeds to take a little of the edge off the heat. The two ounce bag contains 70-80 peppers.
Dried mix of all five types of Cayennes we grow for the best and flavor size blend. Each type varies in size, but all are similar in heat level. Also great for making red pepper flakes. Cayennes register 30,000-50,000 Scoville units of heat.
Datil Peppers - 2 ounces

A smoky pepper from north Florida, this tasty pepper has quickly become a favorite on the farm. The little yellow pods dry to a golden-brown and bring heavy smoky flavor. Great for adding to any dish.
Devil's Tongue - 4 ounces
This unique pepper is in the Habanero family and tips the heat scale near the ratings of the hottest habaneros like Scotch Bonnet and Red Savina. The pepper is known for a fruity, citrus taste to go with a good burn. As with most peppers, dehydrating the pepper really brings the fruity flavor to the surface. Bags will contain a mix of the colors we grow like red, yellow, orange, white and even the occasional peach.

Dried bags of Ghost peppers for those that like it hot! Drying the peppers brings out more of the citrus flavor that comes from their Habanero background and also concentrates the heat. Discard the seeds to cool them down a bit. The two ounce bag contains 50-60 peppers. Ghosts tip to Scoville scale at 1,041,427 units of heat. We offer traditional Red Ghost, the light-colored Peach Ghost, White Ghost Orange Ghost and a new Yellow Ghost variety. You can also choose a Ghost Mix featuring all colors.
Habanero Pepper Mix - 4 ounces
Habaneros are some of our most popular peppers here on the farm and we grow three different varieties. Hot Paper Lantern ripen to fiery red while Helios mature to a bright orange color. Both bring a good mix of heat and citrus flavor you expect from a habanero pepper. Our third variety, Numex Suave Orange, ripens to a hearty yellow and features less heat than the other two varieties, while bringing a more fruity flavor. We now have a Chocolate variety which is brown and a bit hotter than all the others. Lastly, we have Peach and White which are similar in taste and heat to Helios. Well sell them in bags individually by color or altogether in a mix.
Jamaican Scotch Bonnet - 4 ounces
The traditional and super popular Jamaican Scotch Bonnet! Dried to a golden-yellow and ready to be added to your favorite Caribbean jerk dish. Jamaican Scotch Bonnets rate around 350,000 units of heat on the Scoville Scale.
Thai Bird's Eye Chili Peppers - 4 ounces
The Thai Bird's Eye Chili Peppers are popular for a reason! These peppers bring the flavor and the heat! Rating around 100,000 Scoville units of heat, Thai peppers are hotter than Cayennes, but bring more of the sweet flavor that is brought out during the dehydrating process. These peppers are our farm favorite for the flavor-heat combo. Great for adding to soups or Asian dishes. Frequently used to make piri piri (peri peri) sauce. Can also be used green, which can be provided upon request. Two ounces is about 80-90 peppers.
