A mix of the hottest peppers we have on the farm...which also happen to be the hottest peppers in the world! Grab equal parts of the Carolina Reaper (hottest pepper in the world!), the Trinidad Scorpion (#2 hottest in the world) and the Ghost. The Trinidad Scorpions are a mix of Moruga and Butch T varieties. All of these peppers will light you on fire with Scoville scale ratings of over 1,000,000 units of heat. The Carolina Reaper and Moruga Scorpion are above 2,000,000 heat units! All three pack flavor beneath the immense heat. Using them dry is the best way to find the flavor and getting this mixed bag is the best way to try them all! The 1 ounce bag contains 30-35 peppers.

Anaheim Chili Peppers - 2 ounces
                                           4 ounces (out of stock)
This is our mildest offering as far as heat goes. Perfect for making your own red pepper flakes. The two ounce bag contains about 8-12 large peppers.

Carolina Reaper Peppers - 1 ounce (out of stock)
                                               2 ounces (out of stock)
                                               4 ounces (out of stock)
The hottest pepper in the world is here at Sweetwater Farms! We began growing the Carolina Reaper this year and can attest to the fact that they are truly the hottest peppers around! Reapers can reach 2,200,000 Scoville units of heat, which is 200 times hotter than a Jalapeno! Drying brings out the flavor that otherwise goes unnoticed beneath all the heat. Use their flavor and heat to bring your favorite recipes up a notch. Discard the seeds to take a little of the edge off the heat. The two ounce bag contains 70-80 peppers.

Cayenne Pepper Mix - 2 ounces (out of stock)
                                      4 ounces (out of stock)
Dried mix of all five types of Cayennes we grow for the best and flavor size blend. Each type varies in size, but all are similar in heat level. Also great for making red pepper flakes. Cayennes register 30,000-50,000 Scoville units of heat.

Dragon's Breath - 1 ounce (out of stock)
                               2 ounces (out of stock)
This newcomer to the super hot pepper block is possibly the hottest publicly available pepper in the world. The Dragon's Breath is currently still unstable in what it produces due to few genetic cycles thus far. Pods are coming out in a variety of colors and shapes. We have seen brown pods similar in shape to a Carolina Reaper and pods of various shades of red, yellow and peach shaped more like a Devil's Tongue. Heat levels can also vary, but even at the lowest levels they are hotter than almost anything else. Heat levels are averaging 1.7 million Scoville units, with some reaching as high as 2.48 million units. That would surpass the legendary Carolina Reaper. Flavor is similar to other super hots like Ghost and Reaper. Only time will tell where this pepper stabilizes at. Until then, give it a try in our bag full of all sizes, shapes and colors.

Datil Peppers - 1 ounce
                          2 ounces
A smoky pepper from north Florida, this tasty pepper has quickly become a favorite on the farm. The little yellow pods dry to a golden-brown and bring heavy smoky flavor. Great for adding to any dish.

Devil's Tongue - 2 ounces
                            4 ounces
This unique pepper is in the Habanero family and tips the heat scale near the ratings of the hottest habaneros like Scotch Bonnet and Red Savina. The pepper is known for a fruity, citrus taste to go with a good burn. As with most peppers, dehydrating the pepper really brings the fruity flavor to the surface. Bags will contain a mix of the colors we grow like red, yellow, orange, white and even the occasional peach.

Ghost Peppers (Bhut Jolokia) -
1 ounce
                                                      2 ounces
                                                      4 ounces
Dried bags of Ghost peppers for those that like it hot! Drying the peppers brings out more of the citrus flavor that comes from their Habanero background and also concentrates the heat. Discard the seeds to cool them down a bit. The two ounce bag contains 50-60 peppers. Ghosts tip to Scoville scale at 1,041,427 units of heat. We offer traditional Red Ghost and the light-colored Peach Ghost, as well as a Mix of the two.

Habanero Pepper Mix - 2 ounces
                                        4 ounces
Habaneros are some of our most popular peppers here on the farm and we grow three different varieties. Hot Paper Lantern ripen to fiery red while Helios mature to a bright orange color. Both bring a good mix of heat and citrus flavor you expect from a habanero pepper. Our third variety, Numex Suave Orange, ripens to a hearty yellow and features less heat than the other two varieties, while bringing a more fruity flavor. Well sell them in bags of all red (HPL), all orange (Helios & NSO), or in a mix of all three. We have recently added Chocolate and White Habanero varieties that can easily be added to the mix or purchased seperately.

Jamaican Scotch Bonnet - 1 ounce
                                              2 ounces
The traditional and super popular Jamaican Scotch Bonnet! Dried to a golden-yellow and ready to be added to your favorite Caribbean jerk dish. Jamaican Scotch Bonnets rate around 350,000 units of heat on the Scoville Scale.

Thai Bird's Eye Chili Peppers - 2 ounces
                                                     4 ounces
The Thai Bird's Eye Chili Peppers are popular for a reason! These peppers bring the flavor and the heat! Rating around 100,000 Scoville units of heat, Thai peppers are hotter than Cayennes, but bring more of the sweet flavor that is brought out during the dehydrating process. These peppers are our farm favorite for the flavor-heat combo. Great for adding to soups or Asian dishes. Frequently used to make piri piri (peri peri) sauce. Can also be used green, which can be provided upon request. Two ounces is about 80-90 peppers.

Trinidad Scorpion Peppers - 1 ounce (out of stock)
                                                 2 ounces (out of stock)
                                                 Yellow 1 ounce
Dried bag of the second hottest peppers in the world. Our Scorpions are a mix of the Moruga and Butch T varieties. Drying the peppers brings out their citrus flavor that is usually hidden behind the fire. Discard the seeds to reduce the heat. The two ounce bag contains 70-80 peppers. Trinidad Scorpion peppers can reach 2,009,231 Scoville units of heat.
