You can also pick a red-only small box filled with just Hot Paper Lantern Habaneros. Or go with a small box of just Scotch Bonnets. The choice is yours! All boxes ship to anywhere in the U.S.!      The Habanero mix contains any combination of the Habaneros we are growing this year.       Fresh veggies have arrived! Tomatoes, squash, zucchini, green beans and sweet peppers are now available with cucumbers and hot peppers on the way! Contact us to place and order and come by the farm for an easy and quick curbside pickup.

Berry Good!

      Strawberry Jam is here! It's one of our favorite tastest of Spring. We have searched all around middle Tennessee for the best strawberries to use in our jam and Slate Farms in Clarksville got the nod yet again. The strawberries this year are delicious and very large!

This year's strawberry crop from Slate Farms is exceptional!

     Violet is out top selling jelly and sells out nearly every year. It has a beautiful purple color and a unique floral taste. It's as fun to look at as it is to eat! The violets in our patch were plentiful this year. The small flowers featured a stronger taste and richer purple color. Violets have numerous health benefits. 

     Dandelion is an interesting jelly, bringing a unique flavor and a beautiful golden color. Dandelions also have many health benefits.

    Both of these jellies were made from flowers raised organically and harvested by us. No chemicals or sprays were used on them at any time. Read more about both jellies here.

National Sauce Month

      March is National Sauce Month! We want to help you celebrate it with us. Here's a few things we are doing this month:

- We have reduced the price of our ground pepper powders so you can use them to add spice and flavor to your favorite sauce recipe. We have Habanero and Scotch Bonnet bagged and ready for pick-up or shipment.

- Our whole dried peppers are great for adding to sauce recipes as well. Buy from us in March and we will grind them for you for free! We can make any of our remaining whole varieties into powder or flakes. Just ask!
